Half Of A Good Relationship is the new EP by Emshi, out today 14th February. It’s about a relationship that ended up just as it started: two people holding each other’s hands.

The two track EP starts with a verse from “Very Special” by Debra Laws and goes on to the main beat, where the Turin based producer chose to sample a Bossanova song from ‘On Fire’ by Les De Merle.
A sweeter choice to swallow a bitter pill.

The video, written and directed by Emshi, was shot together with photographer Valeria Bonazza. A visual full of glamour that tells the highlights of a romance through the images of objects that belonged to the couple. An iconic and intimate vision that can make the viewer feel part of the story.

This EP wants to reflect and make people wonder about how new generations find it very difficult to build longlasting relationship.

Many follow the idea of love, without really fallin in love, and when reality comes in, they hide or run away forever.
There are plenty more fish in the sea and we can always find a new love, but nowadays how long is it going to last?
